James M. Bryan
With over 30 years experience in insurance, James is the Principal Agent of Bryan Insurance Agency Inc. He is licensed to help provide coverage for Personal Insurance needs (auto and home, etc) as well as Commercial Insurance needs. In addition, he is also licensed for both Life Insurance and Health Insurance. For over 20 years, James has also taught pre-licensing courses required for new insurance agents in Arkansas.
Before entering the insurance profession, James was the band director at Fayetteville High School. He worked with students in grades 7 through 12 learn how to be both better musicians and better persons.
James graduated from Fayetteville High School, and holds degrees from the University of Arkansas and Baylor University. He also holds the LUTC designation in the insurance industry.
In his spare time, James officiates different sports in Northwest Arkansas. His primary sport is baseball, where he will call up to 200 games per year. He also officiates volleyball and youth basketball.
James is married to Julie Bryan. Between them, they have 4 children and 3 (soon to be 4) grandchildren.
James is a long-time resident of Fayetteville, having lived here for over 50 years. Because of this, he knows and understands the various elements that impact the insurance needs of this area. Stella Pimentel
Stella Pimentel has been with Bryan Insurance Agency, Inc. since 2012. Having lived in Springdale with her husband since 2003, she has a passion to serve the residents of NWA with their insurance needs. As the daughter of missionaries who served in Bolivia for over 21 years, being completely fluent in Spanish helps overcome the language and cultural barriers of the under served Hispanic community in our area.
Aware there is a lack of understanding regarding insurance terms, coverage, and limits, time and great care are given to develop a customized insurance package for every unique situation. Most clients are surprised by how affordable insurance coverage is and leave with a peace of mind they are protecting both their family and their assets. A close working relationship with every client ensures insurance needs are address as life circumstances change, whether it be in a personal setting (home, auto, etc.) or a commercial situation. She finds special satisfaction assisting budding entrepreneurs with the challenges of their new business venture, as well as working to meet the needs of established businessowners.

Katie serves as the office manager for the Fayetteville office. She has worked with Bryan Insurance for over 15 years. She is dedicated to finding every way possible for clients to get the lowest possible premiums on their auto insurance.
